The “Start-Up” law allows digital nomads to have non-resident status while living and working in Spain for six to 12 months
without needing an official work visa.
You must make at least 80% of your income working for non-Spanish companies.
You can extend your visa twice, meaning digital nomads could stay in Spain for up to three years.
The visa applies to foreign nationals from non-European Union countries.
